Loquacious in Limerick

Few stories from the days into Limerick, about the kind of girls we're raising.

As we're early in our friend group to have kids, the girls spent a lot of time surrounded with adults. In that environment, they've become very comfortable chatting up anyone. Here are a very small selection of those encounters:

  1. Nancy from the Inn: At a golf course inn, Nora took particular interest in the woman behind the bar. By the end of the lunch, Nancy had brought the girls over marshmellows, and Nora was telling her about the difference between Mississauga and Toronto toy stores.
  2. John from the Bakery: In Limerick's Milk Market, I wheeled the girls into a bakery for some cinnamon rolls. By the time I had cashed out, Maeve was holding a light fixture that Nora was helping the bakery owner fix.
  3. Seamus from the Castle: The girls insisted the castle porter take them on a fun ride around the castle grounds on his buggy. Before he knew it, he was driving them around the rose garden.
  4. The Dozen of Women with Nice Outfits: Nora takes a particular interest in colorful sweaters and dresses. Put effort into your outfit? Nora will let you know.
