Sisters and more Sisters

11 years ago, we met Erik in Toronto when he was on exchange. Fast forward over a decade and we now have 5 little girls between us. Nora and Maeve got an awesome chance to spend the weekend with Erik's family and it was a perfect taste of home.

Over the weekend, we went to parks, the zoo, exciting restaurants and probably most importantly, let the girls play in Erik's home. Dolls were dressed. Legos were stacked. Dogs were walked. All while we sipped delicious wine and caught up on a decade of events.

There's something really nostalgic about kids sitting down on a couch in their pajamas watching a Pixar movie. It really dawned on me this weekend that I'm on the other side of the couch now.
