Paella Please

Paella is a marvellous dish. It's rice and a few other things cooked together. But there's something so elegant about a thin layer of delicious rice fired slowly so that all the flavours mix. Valencian paella has both chicken and rabbit, but there's also black rice with fish and a bunch of other varieties.
