Love Letter to Pino

This not about wine. This is about sandwiches.

There's a panini shop on Via Guiseppe Verdi called Pino's Sandwiches. By no means did we discover this place. But oh my god, do they make excellent panini.

As you arrive the two gentleman who are ALWAYS running the counter dish out multi-lingual banter with anyone who arrives. Their sandwiches are simple, but refined. The bread to filling ratio is balanced, and every bite is delicious.

There are very few sandwich places I firmly recommend, and this is one of them. Go here, and eat many panini.
