Christmas is coming

In Canada, you can hear Mariah Carey waking from her year long sleep as soon as the last trick-or-treater leaves your house. In Europe, Christmas approaches more subtly, but when it does... oh my.

As we arrived to Florence, we were met with Christmas markets and beautiful wreath lined shop fronts. Mulled wine is far more accessible than I'm used to, and finding quality Christmas kitch is as easy as anywhere. It's just all backdropped by ancient streets and impressive sights.

Highlights

All’Antico Vinaio (Florence) - Quality sandwich, but you need to be smart to avoid the commical lines. It's a great bite, but I think there are better in Florence.
