Back Across the Pond

Back Across the Pond

It's that time again. We're rapidly packing for three weeks across the pond.

The plan is simple:

  • A week driving through Ireland and seeing family;
  • A week pretending to be locals in Copenhagen; and
  • A week hanging out with Becca and her new baby in London.

The girls are excited for an adventure, and it's very different this time.

Nora has lots of thoughts. She has questions about the flight plans. Can she have her own bag? Will she be able to bring her toys? What will they be serving for dinner?

Maeve is much bigger. At two and a bit, she's curious and high energy. I worry more than a bit about the daytime flights. Will she be able to lock in to a movie and snacks? Or will we be running laps up and down the plane? Time will tell.

For now, we pack. Tomorrow, we fly.

Will share stories as we go. Fewer days this time, so if my posts last trip were too short for you, dear reader, then you're in luck.
